Lobster stock with tomato and mirepoix, topped off with butter poached lobster, a corn fritter

and chives topped with lemon zest and crème fresh

Little Gem Salad (V)

Little Gem lettuce with green goddess dressing finished with manchego and focaccia dust

 

Second Course

 

Guest choice of:

 

Prime Beef and Seared Foie Gras (GF)

Prime Seared beef tenderloin topped with sizzling goose liver, served with steamed asparagus with lemon aioli, and scalloped potatoes

Or

Shrimp Scampi with Linguini

Sautéed jumbo shrimp with garlic, lemon,

Shallots, Italian parsley, white wine and butter

 

Third Course

Chocolate Flourless Cake (V, GF)

Flourless chocolate cake finished with chocolate ganache, shaved dark chocolate, fleur de Sel See Salt and a summer berry puree
