Tempura Shrimp

Tempura rock shrimp with ginger-chili pepper aioli and micro cilantro

 

Warm Mushroom Salad

Locally sourced Wild Southwest Mushroom with pancetta vinaigrette, endive,

shaved Manchego and Noble bread dust (available GF & Vegetarian)

 

Risotto Arancini (V)

Creamy risotto balls with mozzarella middles, shaved parmesan Reggiano and micro basil.

Roasted tomato merlot sauce for dipping

 

Second Course

 

Hanger Steak (GF)

Grilled Hanger steak cooked to MR served with Street Frites steak fries, olive oil poached Cipollini onions, and a red wine reduction

 

Chicken Milanese

Crispy pounded organic chicken breast topped with arugula salad dressed with lemon vinaigrette, slow roasted tomato and shaved parmesan (available GF)

 

Zucchini Carbonara

Sonoran Bucatini pasta, pancetta, zucchini ribbons, parmigiana Reggiano cheese, poached egg,

sweet peas, cracked black pepper and lemon (available Vegetarian)

 

Homeboy’s Hot Sauce Cauliflower Steak (V)

Grilled cauliflower steak smothered in locally sourced hot sauce, served with shaved

celery slaw and bleu cheese crème

 

Third Course

Chocolate flourless cake with caramel sauce, whipped crème and Espresso Chocolate Crunch
