Little Gem lettuce with green goddess dressing finished with manchego and focaccia dust


Second Course

Prime Beef and Seared Foie Gras (GF)

Prime Seared beef tenderloin topped with sizzling goose liver, served with steamed asparagus with lemon aioli, and scalloped potatoes


Shrimp Scampi with Linguini

Sautéed jumbo shrimp with garlic, lemon,

Shallots, Italian parsley, white wine and butter


Third Course

Chocolate Flourless Cake (V, GF)

Flourless chocolate cake finished with chocolate ganache, shaved dark chocolate, fleur de Sel See Salt and a summer berry puree
