Starters

Beef (GF)

Thinly sliced prime beef with toasted walnuts, gorgonzola, arugula micro greens finished

with white truffle oil, flaky sea salt and fresh cracked pepper

Asparagus (GF available V)

Poached spring asparagus with a Meyer lemon aioli, fried quail egg, crispy Italian ham and

micro mint

Tomato (V, available GF)

Charred cream of tomato soup topped with crème fresh, torn basil, shaved parmesan

Reggiano and focaccia crouton

Entrees

Salmon (GF)

Seared wild salmon with cherry heirloom tomato salad, shallots and caper berries finished

with pressed basil oil

Lamp Chop (GF)

Rack of lamb, cauliflower puree, sweet peas + olive oil poached pearl onions micro mint and red

wine reduction

Gnocchi (available Seafood or vegetarian)

House made Ricotta gnocchi in a spicy tomato vodka coulis topped with spring veggies or seafood

medley including red shrimp, seared scallop and pulled crab meat topped with lobster butter! YUM!

Duck Breast

Sear crispy duck breast with toasted bulgur wheat, pitted cherries, watercress and finished

with LOLA Russian River Pinot Noir

Desserts

Traditional Strawberry Shortcake

Flaky shortbread biscuit topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream

Callebaut Chocolate Mousse (GF)

Callebaut dark chocolate mousse topped with a vanilla bean froth and pecan caramel corn
